We love wine lists.

Love them.  But we always struggle.  Go with the wine we know well–and know the price of–or experiment?  And c’mon, you know you’ve whipped out the iPhone at the table to do a quick check on a wine to make sure you weren’t getting taken on a sub-par glass of vino.
